Face Mist For Glowing Skin
To hydrate and freshen your makeup, or hydrate your hair and skin during the summer heat, fight acne, use as a toner, when you travel or when you’re on an airplane.
Ingredients:
• 50 ml sparkling mineral water
• 2 drops of Lavender Essential Oils
• 1 teaspoon Jojoba Oil
• 2oz (60 ml) Amber Glass Spray Bottles for Essential Oils
Put all ingredients into the bottle and shake to mix. Leave some space to be able to shake it before each use. Shake well before spraying!
DIY Foaming Soap
Ingredients:
• Fill with 2/3 water (300 ml) and 1/3 Liquid Castile Soap (150 ml)
• 1 tablespoon Fractionated Coconut Oil (15 ml)
• 3-5 drops Lavender & Lemon Essential Oils
• 16oz (480ml) Empty Amber Glass Spray Bottles for Essential Oils
Put all ingredients into the bottle and shake to mix. Leave some space to be able to shake it before each use. To use, pump 1-2 times into your palms and wash with warm water.a
Lip Balm
Ingredients:
• 25 oz (7.5 ml) Cocoa Butter
• 25 oz (7.5 ml) Shea Butter
• 3-5 drops Orange / Lemon Essential Oils
• A 0.5 oz. (15 ml) Glass Container
Blend equal parts of cocoa and shea butter and put a few drops of Orange E.O. Store the blend in the fridge in a glass container.
Face Toner
Ingredients:
• 3 drops Orange / Lemon Essential Oils
• 3 drops Rose Essential Oils
• 1 oz (30 ml) Witch Hazel / distilled water / mineral water
• 1 oz. Glass Container
Mix all ingredients in the glass recipient and shake well before each use. Store it in the fridge.
A Bath with Essential Oils
Ingredients:
• 3-4 drops Lavender Essential Oils
• 1 tbsp Carrier oil (Coconut Oil, Fractionated Coconut Oil, Jojoba Oil, Olive Oil)
Put 3-5 drops essential oil in a tablespoon of carrier oil in hot or warm water. Use lavender for the relaxing properties with any carrier oil (such as coconut, jojoba, olive etc).
Body Scrub with Coffee
Ingredients:
• Mix together 1/2 cup fresh ground coffee and 1/2 cup sugar or salt
• Add 1/2 cup Coconut Oil / Fractionated Coconut Oil / Jojoba Oil / Olive Oil into the mix
• Add some hot water until you get the desired consistency
• Add 10-20 drops Lavender and Lemon Essential Oils
Mix well until combined. Gently rub the mixture over your body – avoid areas around the eyes. Leave it on for several minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
Like other exfoliating scrubs, it can help remove dead skin cells, cellulite, improve blood circulation. Gently massage in the shower, without applying to much pressure.

Lavender Massage Oil
Ingredients:
• 30 drops Lavender Essential Oils
• 240 ml Fractionated Coconut Oil (FCO)
• 8 oz (240 ml) Empty Amber Glass Spray Bottles for Essential Oils
Mix the ingredients together in a glass container. Store it in the fridge.
Chest Rub with Essential Oils (for Cough and Colds)
Ingredients:
• 10 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oils
• 10 drops Lemon Essential Oils
• 5 drops Peppermint/ Tea Tree Essential Oils
• Vegetable carrier oil of choice (Coconut Oil / Fractionated Coconut Oil/ Jojoba Oil / Olive Oil)
• 1 oz. Glass Container
Combine all ingredients into the glass bottle and shake until well blended.
To use, apply to chest and massage well into skin, breathing deeply.
Knee Rub with Essential Oils to Relive Joints and Muscle Pain
Ingredients:
• 10 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oils
• 10 drops Frankincense / Peppermint Essential Oils
• 5 drops Lavender Essential Oils
• 30 ml Olive Oil
• 1 oz. Glass Container
Mix the ingredients until well blended. To use, apply on joints and muscles and massage to relieve pain and stiffness.

Make your cleaning products smell fabulous. They can disinfect, purify and even remove stains — all without any toxic chemicals in the mix. Essential oils are naturally antimicrobial and antibacterial. Some, of course, work better for cleaning than others.
Room Spray – For Clean Air and Energy Boost
Ingredients:
• 15 drops Eucalyptus / Tea Tree/ Winter Pine / Peppermint Essential Oils
• 15 Lemon Essential Oils
• 8 oz water
• 8 oz (240 ml) Empty Amber Glass Spray Bottles for Essential Oils
Mix the ingredients together and shake well before spraying into your room, car or office.
Universal Cleaner
Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup white vinegar
• 1 3/4 cups water
• 15 drops Lavender Essential Oils
• 15 drops Lemon Essential Oils
• 16 oz. (480ml) Empty Amber Glass Spray Bottles for Essential Oils
In the glass spray bottle, blend all ingredients together. Shake well before each use. It works well on greasy surfaces, too.

• 1/4 cup distilled water
• 3 tablespoons Witch Hazel, rubbing alcohol or vodka
• 15 drops Lavender Essential Oils
• 15 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oils
Add all ingredients to a small spritzer, shake well, and spray on sheets, pillowcases, and linens.
Hand Sanitizer
Ingredients:
• isopropyl or rubbing alcohol (99 percent alcohol volume)
• aloe vera gel
• a few drops (3-5) of an essential oil with antimicrobial properties, such as Tea Tree / Lavender / Peppermint / Eucalyptus / Frankincense / Thyme / Oregano.
• 8 oz (240 ml) Empty Amber Glass Spray Bottles for Essential Oils
Stick to a 2:1 proportion of alcohol to aloe vera, to keep the alcohol content* to about 60%.
Blend the ingredients together and shake well before use.
